Small Group Personal Training
Currently, Fired Up Fitness offers scheduled small group sessions which are TRX focused. TRX uses your body weight as resistance and is great for core strength and balance/stability.
If you’d like to join one of our current TRX groups or would like training unrelated to TRX, or have a small group of your own who would like to be trained together, please just fill out the form below and we can accommodate that as well!
