One on One Private Training
Fired Up Fitness is proud to offer One on One, Personal Training sessions with our amazing team of personal trainers! All personal training sessions will be developed to help you attain your specific fitness goals. Reach your top potential and sweat on your own schedule, with a super motivating trainer who will push you to do your very best.
One on One Personal Training is $35 per 45 minutes session, and can be paid directly to your trainer in cash, check or paypal at the time of your session. Please scroll down to contact us with your availability so we can set something up!

Small Group Personal Training
Currently, Fired Up Fitness offers scheduled small group sessions which are TRX focused. TRX uses your body weight as resistance, and is great for core strength and balance/stability. If you are interested in being part of a Small Group TRX session, we offer the following days and times. If you’d like to join us, please use the contact form below and indicate which day/time would work for you.
Wednesday, 11am – Thursday, 5am or 6am – Friday 6pm – Sunday 8am or 9am (intermediate)
If you are unable to make any of those Group Training sessions, would like training unrelated to TRX, or have a small group of your own who would like to be trained together, please just fill out the form below and we can accommodate that as well!
Small Group Personal Training is $25 each per 45 minute session, groups of 2 or more, and can be paid directly to your trainer in cash, check, or paypal at the time of your session.
